Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote regions in Asia may have extended delivery times or require special arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our precision equipment with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Apparel (worn or washed items)
  • Eyewear (safety glasses/goggles)
  • Archery strings (custom-cut or installed items)
  • Gun care products (opened containers)
  • Custom or special-order equipment

Return Process

Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment:

Step 2: Packaging & Shipping

Once approved:

  • Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • For exchanges due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • For standard returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above, indicating you want an exchange
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • Expedited shipping options available at additional cost for urgent needs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your precision equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and priority replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Returns to Asian and remote regions may require special arrangements
