While we take every care to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition, we also want to make returns or exchanges as straightforward as sighting in your scope.
Our Return Commitment to Marksmen
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. For your safety and ours, certain specialized equipment cannot be returned (see restrictions below).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned:
- Apparel (worn or washed items)
- Eyewear (safety glasses/goggles)
- Archery strings (custom-cut or installed items)
- Gun care products (opened containers)
- Custom or special-order equipment
Return Process
Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to expedite processing:
Step 2: Packaging & Shipping
Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags. For exchanges due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For standard returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above, indicating you want an exchange
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Expedited shipping options available at additional cost for urgent needs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your precision equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
- Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and priority replacement
International Returns Note
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Returns to Asian and remote regions may require special arrangements
